Spanning 4,000 sq. ft., The Lamplighter can accommodate up to 200 seated guests or 250 standing, with an additional 60 seats available on its inviting outdoor patio. Entertainment options abound, with a 30-seat patio, pool table, pinball, arcade games, trivia nights, and weekend DJs. 3 months agoThe food and drinks here were great and the atmosphere was really chill. Service was good as well! I recommend coming here to grab a few drinks and hangout with friends :) their poutine is also really good and not too salty!

4 months agoWent to this bar in Gastown, ordered their beer and rosemary fries - perfectly fried with cheese and herbs, complimented the dips. Beer was good too. Just didn't enjoy the music and the atmosphere.

9 months agoGreat place to grab drinks and food with friends. The staff is super friendly and the prices are fair. I especially recommend the Parmesan rosemary fries as an appetizer/snack it comes with the best curry sauce. Packed on Fridays, quieter on other days, plenty of seating as well as arcade games.

a year agoI recently had a delightful dinner gathering at this place. Our server was very kind and attentive to our large group, which was much appreciated. I ordered the fish and chips as well as the salmon dish, and both were scrumptious. The atmosphere was great, with live music playing throughout the evening, which kept us entertained. I highly recommend dropping by for a drink and enjoying the live music when in Gastown. It's a fantastic place for a bar with ample seating, good drinks, tasty food, and even an arcade. It's perfect for groups or for those who want to have a relaxing and enjoyable time. Just keep in mind that you have to exchange bills for coins. They also have plenty of TVs if you want to catch a game.

3 weeks agoWe came for Bingo night and had a great time! The food was okay. We just ordered some wings and they were fine. We won one of the bingo games and had a choice of a shot of tequila or a shot of whiskey, neither of which we drink but they wouldn’t substitute it so I gave it to the table next to me.
