What to Expect
A 30-minute interactive comedic magic show is part of the full party package. There’ll be music, magic dust, tricks and transformations—ropes, rings, funny things and lots and lots of laughing. Then stand back for the puppet that blows fire and the disappearing water!
Best suited for ages 2-7, but of course enjoyed by all. And in the spirit of the Holidays, like–Christmas, Easter, Halloween and so on, the magic show is based on the flavor of the festive season.
About the Vendor
Gina Marie Frazier is a versatile Children’s Entertainer, highly trained actor and visual artist. In 1990 she created CASTLETOP CHARACTERS. “It just grew out of the desire to fill the requests of my clientele.”
She started with birthday parties—then expanding into the community and corporate events. Performing Magic, Balloon Twisting and Face Painting at fairs, festivals, schools, picnics, daycares, grand openings and promotional events. “My work is play—pure joy, and a natural extension of self.”
Her performing arts credits include lead and principal roles in: theatre, film and T.V., commercials, music videos and voice-overs. In addition: CBC Puppetry scholarship, People’s Choice Award/B.C. Parents Magazine and a National Graphic Design Award. Writing and story telling is her newest adventure—ask her about it, because she’s just about ready, to add it to this website.
In this kind of industry, giving back—voluntarily to your community is part of life and “the heart of a clown.” Says Gina Marie, who is honored to have been a part of the following organizations: Children’s Wish Foundation, B.C. Cancer society, P.W.A. Society, Children’s Hospital Foundation, Terry Fox Run, and the Canadian Indian Society.

We did the full show – she did everything, balloon, face painting and magic show. The kids had a blast and loved the show. Gina was able to get the kids ranging from 4-9 to sit thru the half hour magic show. Super easy to work with. Worth the money spent. Would totally recommend. Hope to see her or to book her again for my second when she’s a little older.

The balloon twists were amazing and the magic show was very interactive and everyone was very engaged during the whole time. The face painting was so cool and all participants loved their painted faces or arms. We loved that she brought her own music as well so the kids could dance and listen to fun songs. She was well prepared for each activity and even stayed to sing ‘Happy Birthday’!

She arrived early to set up, was super professional, but welcoming and friendly and made all the kids feel so comfortable; she catered to all the kids’ needs and wishes and at the end, she even offered face painting (and body painting) to the moms (many of them gladly taking up the offer).
Highly recommend, and will definitely use Gina’s services again!!!

She is great with the kids and very entertaining! She catered to our birthday themes (Harry Potter and Ghostbusters) and made extra effort to include the themes in her presentations. Her twisty balloons are a hit for sure! We’ve recommended her services to our friends, and definitely can’t wait to hire her again! She’s amazing, professional, and prompt!

She is by far the most creative balloon twister I have ever seen – able to create whatever comes to the child’s imagination. She did an amazing jobs keeping the large group of kids entertained all day long!! From balloon making, face painting and magic shows it really was a top notch performance! Gina was quick to respond to any questions I had and made the experience very enjoyable. I have had several parents thank me for the great job Gina did entertaining their kids so they could enjoy their day. I will definitely be hiring Gina again for our next event she is extremely professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering getting kids entertainment for there next party.

She knew how to read my daughters energy who is super shy and made her feel so comfortable. She engaged with all the adults and kids so effortlessly. The kids were in stitches & amazed by her magic show! I’ve seen her face painting skills at another birthday before & she’s got talent!!! She was able to “manage” the more spirited children with such professionalism & humour! Her balloon twisting skills are top notch & each child walked away with a fantastic balloon sculpture! It was a terrential downpour this morning & we managed to have a fantastic outdoor birthday party mainly due to this talented performer!! I highly recommend her for any birthday party!

She was dressed up as an Elf and kids loved it, also was able to create all types of halal Lon options very fast and was very prepared with pre made balloons

I was looking for a face painter and I found a magician too! There were about a dozen kids at the party ranging from 6 to 9 years old and Gina Marie had them all riveted with her magic show. Gina Marie arrived early to set up for the party and she had my daughter at “hello” – they had never met before and my daughter was instantly comfortable and talking up a storm with Gina Marie while I was still upstairs getting ready. The birthday girl got to be the special assistant for the magic show and Gina Marie was exceptional at engaging all the kids. Her face painting was a terrific hit too, a lot of effort put in for each child, girls and boys. Thank you, Gina Marie, for your wonderful energy and making all the kids feel special.

Magic she does it every age loves it, my 11 years old son enjoyed so much. Not easy entertain 10 years old boys these days. She does everything, Balloons, magic, show… I had Gina twon of daughters bday, my oldest daughter asked me to have Gina again on her 8th bday too. Great for every age.
