a week agoDisgusting people! I was excited to do business with Houle Games due to their 5 star reviews however, I was definitely in for a shock. I booked them for a fun casino night for one of our corporate events and they have proved to be completely unprofessional and disgusting! Please don't be fooled by their great reviews, they are worthless. The lack professionalism, unethical, and extremely inexperienced in this field. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T EVER BOOK WITH THEM! Edit: fyi the booking was under my colleagues name

3 months agoWe have used and and been apart of multiple events that Houle Games has provided entertainment from Bouncy Castles, multiple carnival events, and casino nights. Every rental has exceeded our expectations. From the office staff to the on site professionals start to finish are flawless. They are hard working, educated, punctual and efficient. We look forward to many more events with Houle Games. Keep up the great work!

a week agoSTEALING, LIARS, TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! My school was in the pre-planning period of our drygrad in the new year, and we have always used Houle for 5+ years! We have never had any issues. Recently, a new employee at the company, Lorna called and requested our deposit. As always, my boss sent our deposit via e-transfer and when I called to confirm the booking and discuss some new additions we wanted to add, Lorna started yelling, screaming, and swearing at me. She then said that they never received any payment and that they will not do business with us anymore. After being a loyal customer of 5 years, this is how they treat us AND they steal our deposit??? Way to go Houle!

4 months agoThis was the 1st time our company rented from Houle Games & Entertainment and they did not disappoint what-so-ever! The process was very easy from seeing availability online, receiving quote, booking & arranging set-up/delivery/pick-up. The Double-Axe throw was a huge success for the kids as practically any ages could play safely. The Double Adrenaline Bootcamp Obstacle course was a main attraction with both the kids and adults. Houle has such a variety of games & entertainment, I would highly recommend renting from them and most definitely will be again. Thank you.
