Once the contract is signed & the deposit is received then we will confirm your booking. We require at least 50% of the rental fee as a deposit, and it can be sent to info@hwphotobooths.ca with the remaining balance due no later than 7 days before the event date.
Rentals outside of our business hours of 9 am – 11 pm are subject to additional fees.
About the Vendor
HW Photobooths will leave you with a lasting memory of your special occasion. Having a photobooth at your event will give you and your guests a glimpse into the fun that everyone is having and will provide a gathering place for people to socialize. Even while you and your guests are enjoying other aspects of your event, a photobooth provides you with the opportunity to capture those special memories to look back on!

With all of the options out there we didn’t know who to choose for our event but our gut was telling us to give them a try. Let me tell you this – this new company handled all of our concerns like seasoned pros!!! They found the right booth for us and delivery, setup, and usage of the booth was a breeze! The booth was a colossal hit and the talk of the night! Everyone had a blast using the props they provided and we couldn’t be happier! Highly recommended and we will use them again in the future! Hats off to you all!

They created the cutest template for the photos and had so many fun props to choose from. The photos all turned out so well and they even produced GIFs for us. Needless to say, it was a huge hit! The photo quality was top notch, and props included were clever (Back & Body Hurts was my fave). The GIFs were a fun add on too. I highly recommend HW Photobooths for anyone looking to spice up their celebration with a great keepsake for guests.

I highly recommend this for any event, it brings people together, creates a fun atmosphere, and captures memories you would never get otherwise. Highly recommend!
