What Is FlyOver Canada?
FlyOver Canada offers a breathtaking flying simulation ride that immerses guests in a virtual journey across the nation. Using advanced technology, including a massive spherical screen, motion seats, and immersive effects like wind and mist, it provides an authentic flight experience. Up to 61 people can enjoy this multi-sensory ride simultaneously, making for an engaging experience.
Located at Canada Place’s west promenade, FlyOver Canada debuted in 2013 as the first of its kind. Since then, Pursuit, the current operator, has launched similar attractions in Minnesota, Iceland, and Las Vegas.

What to Expect at FlyOver Canada
Your adventure begins with a pre-show film, setting the stage for the immersive experience ahead. After a pre-flight briefing, you’ll board the ride, where your seat will move in sync with the action on the wrap-around screen. You’ll feel the effects of wind and mist as you soar over landmarks like the Rocky Mountains and Niagara Falls.
Current films include “FlyOver Canada” until September 27, 2023, and “Legendary Iceland: Landscapes and Lore” until December 14. Later in the year, enjoy the Halloween-themed “Howlover Canada” and festive “Soar with Santa.”
